Fun times

I enjoyed getting together with family over the weekend. It's so unusual to get all of us in one state, let alone the same room, I am grateful for the evidence that we had some time together!

Exciting newsflash! A new Capener to be...

We are excited to hear that Bobby (Cape to most of you) proposed to Mary Mac and she accepted his proposal of marriage. They got engaged on February 29th...yay for that extra day this year.
Bobby said that Mary Mac will determine the time for the wedding as well as location, so we look forward to that news. We welcome Mary Mac to the Capener Connection! We would love for her to post a little introduction of herself so we all can get to know her...

I just got an Ipod shuffle for the gym and I'm trying to find some good music to work out to. I know that Capeners tend to be an athletic bunch. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Capener's connecting

Bobby and I got to see each other yesterday....I wasn't organized enough to get a picture of the two of us. The Charlotte airport was busy, but we enjoyed chatting in front of the statue of Queen Charlotte in the cool fall sunshine.
